Mr. Stuart Lisulo – Zambia (PR & Marketing Strategist)
Stuart has vast media sector experience having worked for major media companies in the last eight years. A journalist, creative writer specialising in business news, Stuart focuses on writing clean copy as his main skill to highlight various companies’ milestones and achievements. His ability to write and report news stories means he is able to conceptualise and draft press releases to highlight company success stories in readiness for publication and/or broadcast across various platforms, including social media.
His extensive network across the media industry in Zambia and beyond serves as an additional asset in developing communication strategies to synergise companies’ product & service offering with news media outlets. Stuart is also HubSpot Sales Software certified; fully capable and skilled in the Inbound Methodology and basic HubSpot software use.
Stuart has an MA in International Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire, Preston, United Kingdom.

Mr. Youngson Ndawana, BMC, MMC, PhD Candidate – Zambia and England
Youngson Ndawana holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication and Master of Mass Communication obtained from the University of Zambia and is currently studying for his Ph.D. in Media and Communication at the Liverpool John Moores University in England, with a focus on political communication. Before, he went to further his studied, Youngson lectured at The University of Zambia in the Department of Media and Communication Studies and has since participated in a number of media and communications consultancy projects. His research interests are in media and society, media and social change, communication for development, media policy and regulation, media, and politics, and journalism culture. He has also published his work in peer reviewed journals on different topics across his areas of interest.
Mr Ndawana is a goal-oriented, highly-enthused, innovative and hardworking Media and Communications expert with experience in media, research with a bias towards research in media and development. He prides himself as an ardent media researcher seeking always to understand how media power and influence affects cross sections within society. As a media academician and consultant he possess excellent interpersonal skills and an exceptional ability to work as a team player or leader. He pays attention to detail and appreciate the need for efficiency, effectiveness, reliability and ingenuity in handling tasks of any kind, in order to obtain the best results in the areas of his expertise. Mr. Wisdom Nelson Chimgwede - Malawi
A seasoned Communications, Media and Visibility Specialist, is a Malawian national, with over 15 years of broad experience in communications in Malawi and Sierra Leone. He possesses a solid academic background spanning a MBA, Master’s in Political Communications, and Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication.
Mr. Chimgwede has developed and implemented several Communication & Visibility Strategies, with corresponding action plans within various international donor projects funded by the World Bank, EU, UNDP, GIZ, DFID, Royal Norwegian Embassy, among others.
Mr. Chimgwede has managed numerous awareness-raising campaigns aligned and conducted in close cooperation with the beneficiaries utilizing mass media and social media, including regular content production within the international donor-funded projects. Having spent 17 years as a journalist from junior to senior placements, Mr. Chimgwede is also well known media trainer.
Mr. Chimgwede is an award-winning journalist, international communications, and development professional. He has worked with many different teams, an excellent team player, possesses fine leadership qualities, and is always committed to hard work to deliver amazing results.
Mr. Chimgwede blends outstanding performance as a journalist with a seasoned development expert specializing in media and mass communication. This versatility of skills and experiences complemented by his specific knowledge of the Malawian and regional context, enables Mr. Chimgwede to deliver a bespoke performance at the highest level making him an asset crucial for the successful accomplishment of any project/assignment.
Ms. Rachel Wandia - Kenya
Rachel is a Certified Marketing professional by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) with over 15 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications and Advocacy across various industries and countries.
Rachel currently holds the following credentials: DipM MCIM, Chartered Marketer, Masters – International Business Administration –
Marketing Concentration from the United States International University.
Rachel has a deep understanding and is highly skilled in developing brand communication strategies, digital communication strategies, research as well as media engagement, planning and buying. She is also adept at all levels of marketing and business development, from strategy formulation to implementation and success measures.
She has worked in multiple sectors including Telecommunications, Media, Research as well as the Development sector. Furthermore, she has deep understanding in blending commercial perspectives with social impact and a strong record in stakeholder engagement as proven in addressing regulatory registration demands, governance and financial sustainability of the Fairtrade Marketing Organisation Eastern Africa.
She is also able to work in both local and multicultural environments having worked in organizations based across Africa as well as Internationally, managing both small and large teams.
Rachel is experienced in creating email databases and thereafter developing strategies for communication and advocacy using email marketing tools such as Active Campaign as well as experienced in digital marketing – including strategy, channel identification and implementation to reach the intended audience(s).
Ms. Bonnie Robinson, The Reputationalist - South Africa and Mauritius
Bonnie is an accredited Chartered Public Relations Practitioner and is highly skilled in reputation management, public relations, integrated communications, events, brand and marketing, client relations, crisis communications, and media relations.
She is a respected and accredited facilitator for the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA), and holds qualifications in public relations, social media and networking, media relations, crisis communication, brand marketing, and animal psychology. Bonnie has also been appointed as a judge for the PRISM Awards 2021 and for Africa’s Business Heroes 2021.
With an entrepreneurial background, a keen interest in law and many valuable years in the corporate, consumer and hospitality spaces, Bonnie brings both strategic and creative insight to the table. In her 22-year career she has worked in corporate and in agency, and has represented prestigious brands and clients (nationally and globally) across many industries: FMCG, travel and tourism, e-commerce, beauty, fashion and retail, banking, finance, automotive, high-net-worth and luxury consumer goods and services, business consulting, technology, pharmaceutical, education, mining, engineering, and construction.
